Anna's Infusions #26-33

Anna just had her 33rd infusion this week.  Her infusions began in May 2014.  She is receiving 6 grams in 30mL of fluid weekly.  She is doing very well with them and has been much healthier.  She did end up with the flu over Christmas, which wasn't surprising given that two of my other children also had it.  The Tamiflu helped her get better, and she didn't have any complications, even in terms of breathing issues and a bad cough from it.  She did run a fever for a few days, but even that didn't slow her down much.  And it hit over break, so she didn't miss school.  It did derail our Christmas plans a bit, which was fine.

Here are a couple of infusion pictures.  One is from November 19 and the other from November 26.  She will have her next infusion next Wednesday.

 

We ended up spending Thanksgiving in Tulsa with my husband's parents.  We did take the kids to Incredible Pizza on Friday, which they absolutely love.  Anna won a ball out of the machine, and she loved to play the games too.

The kids all went to see Santa.

 

 

And hung out on Christmas Eve.  Anna hadn't gotten sick with the flu yet, Zach was down for the count, and Sarah was feeling a bit better.

 



We began a simple bathroom refresh, which has turned into SO much more.  But Anna wanted to help paint.
